It is our goal to provide you, "the customer", 100% satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our product(s) or
need warranty service rendered, please fill out the form on the next page prior to returning the product.
We will do our best to solve the problem to satisfy you!
You will receive a follow-up email instructing you to print the Return Merchandise Authorization Confirmation Number to be
returned with the product.
If you return the product(s) to us, for any reason, within 20 days in its original form it was shipped to you (unopened), we will
refund you the full product price. No shipping costs will be refunded or any other applicable fees, which are out of our control,
unless it is proved that the return is a result of our error.
All returns are either credited or refunded according to the original purchase method only and must be made within twenty
(20) days after the invoice date. We reserve the right to charge a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee, if applicable. It is the
responsibility of the customer to pay for the return freight, and to take reasonable care to protect against damages in freight.
